What comes with my unstuffed bear?

Each unstuffed animal will come with a bag of fluff, a dowel rod to help stuff the bear,  heart, birth certificate, tee shirt, and a cinchsack to be carried around in.

How does my animal close?

Each animal has a zip tie closure and then sealed with a velcro strip.

How do I clean my animal?  

Spot clean only with mild detergent.

Can I add a sound?

There is a recordable sound box available for $5.00

How much is shipping?

We offer FLAT Rate shipping for $9.00 

When will my order process?

Orders process within 3-5 business days and will ship USPS Priority 3-5 business days.  Due to Covid-19 USPS may have shipping delays.

What shipping carrier do you use?  

We use USPS priority mail shipping.  Once processed It should arrive within

 3-5 business days once shipped.  We cannot guarantee delivery date.

When do you ship?

Monday-Friday excluding national holidays

What does Backorder mean?

The product is currently out of stock and will take 5-7 extra business days to process.  You will be notified along the way as to how soon it will be back in stock.
